Academics Achievements
  • Mr. Aditya Dave, Mr. Monarch Pandya and Mr. Nathan Gomes - students of Semester IX bagged the winning Trophy and the cash prize of Rs 1 Lakh in The National Moot Court Competition organised by L.J.School of Law. Mr. Aditya Dave also bagged the trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 for the award of the Best Student Advocate in the same competition.
  • Ms. Pooja Brambhatt (semester 2) and Ms. NandiniHirani (semester 4) have been selected at the State Level for the National Debate Competition on Reservations – Swabhiman, organised by MIT, Pune.
  • Ms. NandiniHirani (semester 4) was selected as one of the best speakers for the same competition and was selected to work on a national project of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
  • Ms. Rhishika Srivastav (student of First Year) was awarded “Notary Mrs. Dharmishtha R. Bhatt and Advocate Mr. Rushikumar N. Bhatt” Gold medal by Gujarat University for Securing highest percentage in University Examination 2018; amongst all streams of Integrated Law i.e. B.B.A.LL.B, B.Com LL.B and B.A.LL.B.
  • Ms. Kavya Jhawar (student of First Year) was awarded “Notary Mrs. Dharmistha R. Bhatt and Advocate Mr. Rushikumar N. Bhatt” Gold Medal by the president of India Shri Ramnath Kovind by Gujarat University for securing highest percentage in University Examination 2017; among all streams of Integrated Law i.e. B.B.A LL.B, B.COM LL.B and B.A.LL.B
  • Ms. Khushali Oza (student of First Year) was awarded “Notary Mrs. Dharmishtha R. Bhatt and Advocate Mr. Rushikumar N. Bhatt” Gold Medal by Gujarat University for Securing highest percentage in University Examination 2016; amongst all streams of Integrated Law i.e. B.B.A.LL.B, B.Com LL.B and B.A.LL.B.
  • Mr. Kishan Brahmbhatt (VIII), Varun Bharda (VI) and Megha Garg (VI) secured first position with cash prize of Rs. 6000 at State Level (Gujarati) Moot court Competition at Parul Institute of Law, Parul University, 2019
  • Ms. Riyah Sindhi (VI) , Mr. Arshad Shaikh (VI) and Ms. Tanmayi Poojari (IV) secured 1st Runner- up position with cash prize of rupees 50,000, at 3rd Late Girishbhai Patel National Moot Court competition at L .J. College, Ahmedabad, 2019
  • GLS Law College team consisting of Mr. Shyam Niak (Sem VI), Mr. Varun Bharda (Sem VI) and Ms. Krina Majithiya secured 2nd runners up in position out of 43 teams in the Moot Court Competition organized by Vivekanand Education Society’s College of Law, Mumbai.
  • GLS law College team consisting of Mr. Aditya Dave (Sem VI), Mr. Monarch Pandya (Sem VI) and Mr. Megha Garg (Sem IV) secured the trophy of 1st Runner-up out of 40 team with cash Prize of Rupees 1 lakh organized by National Moot Court Competition at Jagran University, Bhopal.
  • Bar Council of India had organized 33rd Inter-University Moot Court Competition 2017 in Hyderabad on 30th March 2017. Altogether 42 teams from across the country participated in the competition. A student of GLS Law college Ms. Lakshmi V. Pillai (2nd year) (Batch 2015) qualified at University level and represented Gujarat University.
  • Faculty of Law, M.S. University, and Baroda had organized 6th National Moot Court Competition wherein the team of GLS Law College was represented by Ms. Khushali Oza, Mr. Aaditya Dave, and Mr. Monarch Pandya, students of Sem IV (Batch 2015). With their dedication and hard work the team qualified for the semi-finals and secured the trophy for 2nd Runners Up, competing against 28 other teams from India.
  • Article 44: A dead Letter to be revived, a research article by Ms. Khushali Oza was Published by Gujarat Law Reporter in September issue 2016 citation [2016 (3) 57 (3) G.L.R]. Also many legal web sites like Legal Service India and Legally India also published her Article.
  • Mr. Aditya Dave, Mr. Kishan Brahmbhatt & Ms. Khushali Oza above team qualified in the 8 qualifying team in the quarter final round at Institute of Law, Nirma University Organised 6th INLU Moot Court Competition.






Sports Achievements
  • Ms. Kajal Shah (Sem VI) secured Silver medal in badminton in the event "Titanium Jural" organized by GLS Law College.
  • Ms. Kajal Shah (Sem VI) was Silver trophy for winning the titles of Winners in Women's double in the event "Titanium Jural" (Badminton) organized by GLS Law College.
  • Ms. Kajal Shah (Sem IV) was awarded 3 Gold Medals for winning the titles of Winners in Women's double in the event "Justice League" (Badminton) organized by GNLU.
  • Ms. Mayuri Rathod (Sem II) was awarded bronze medal for securing third position (Karate) at Petro cup organized by PDPU.
  • Mr. Prasant Chuhan (Sem VI) was awarded bronze medal for securing third position ((Kumite (Free Style Fight)).






Cultural Achievements
  • Mr. Niel Bhatt (II), Mr. Jaydev Chudasma (IV) and Ms. Radhika Buddha (VI) secured first position with cash prize of rupees 3000/- at Athena Moot Court Competition hosted by National Literary and Cultural Competition - L.J. College, Ahmedabad, 2019.
  • Mr. Vrund Joshi (II), Ms. Nandini Hirani (II) and Mr. Shyam Naik (VIII) secured first position in debate and in Elocution competition at Athena Moot Court Competition hosted by National Literary and Cultural Competition - L.J. College, Ahmedabad, 2019
  • Secured 3rd Position in “Folk Dance” Garba Competition at Zonal Level in Gujarat University Youth Festival – 2018 -19.
  • Secured 1st position in “Skit” in Gujarat University Youth Festival – 2017-18.
  • Secured 1st position in “Garba” in Youth Festival – 2017-18. At Zonal Level.
  • Best Rally Award at Gujarat University Youth Festival 2016 – ‘Yugam’
  • Pranav Shah, student of Semester-I, secured the trophy for best performance in Mimicry at zonal level in Youth Festival 2016.






Participation
  • Institute of Law, Nirma University hosted 7th ILMU National Moot Court Competition is association with The Chambers of K.T.S. Tulsi, 2017 wherein GLS Law College was represented by Shyam Naik (Sem IV), Krina Majithiya (Sem II), and Aaditya Karnavat (Sem II).
  • Bar Council of India had organized a national moot court competition in Delhi on February 5, 2016. Altogether 44 teams from across the country participated in the competition. A student of GLS Law College Dhyanesh Vaishnav – Sem I (Batch 2015) represented Gujarat University and qualified in the quarter-final round.
  • Institute of Law, Nirma University had organized 6th ILNU Moot Court Competition on February 13, 2016. The event had hosted 22 teams. Of which 8 teams qualified in the quarter final round. GLS Law College team was one of the qualifying teams in the quarter final round. The successful team comprised of Aditya Dave, Kishan Brahmbhatt and Khushali Oza – students of Sem I (Batch 2015).
  • 14th edition of Surana International Technology Law Moot Court Competition was organized at Symbiosis Law School, Pune wherein GLS Law College was represented by Khushali Oza, Kishan Brahmbhatt, Prashant Chauhan, and Nupur Vats, students of Sem III (Batch 2015)
  • Faculty of Law, M.S. University, Baroda had organized 5th National Client Counseling Competition wherein Rutvi Brahmbhatt student of Sem IV (Batch 2015) and Varun Bharda student of Sem I (Batch 2016) represented GLS Law College.
  • Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab organized the 6th Agahi Annual National Parliamentary Debate Competition 2016 and GLS Law College was represented by Arshad Sheikh, Parth Bhagat, Priyal Shah, and Niddhi Shah; students of Sem I (Batch 2016)
  • Gujarat National Law University hosted the fourth edition of open British Parliamentary Debate tournament wherein GLS Law College was represented by Hitesh Vachani, Kavya Jhawar, Namrata Dalal, and Megha Garg; students Sem I (Batch 2016)
